Why? Being able to release your fears and dream into an extraordinary experience of birth is a powerful practice that goes beyond learning comfort measures.

What is it? Sitting in Circle, we will address any fears around birth through journaling. Then, using both energy medicine and dreaming, and somatic tools you will release the fear from the body. And finally, you will dream into your fantasical birth.
