Sound Bath with Heart to Heart Vibrations

This is a FREE event open to the community!

A sound bath is a form of sound healing therapy that involves using various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to create a therapeutic environment of sound vibrations. During a sound bath session, participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the sound practitioner plays the instruments, allowing the vibrations to wash over them and create a sense of relaxation, stress relief, and inner peace.

Presented by Susan Morris of Heart to Heart Vibrations

*Bring a yoga mat or comfortable chair or use chairs available on site. Some people also like to use an eye cover or sleep mask.
